Change, Stress and Humor
What is your first reaction when change happens that you didn’t expect? How do you deal with uncertainty or ambiguity? How change-skilled are you? In this workshop, participants will receive immediately applicable strategies for becoming more change-skilled. We will explore the power and benefits of increasing resiliency by developing, a humor perspective. Objectives of this group: heighten awareness regarding your philosophy of change; understand predictable stages of change; begin to see change as a process to be managed; learn strategies to become more change-skilled; appreciate how changing attitudes and a humor perspective can help deal with even the most stressful situations.
